While the glue is still hot, quickly set your skewer on the glue.
Then add more glue to it and immediately sprinkle lots of confetti over the hot glue.
Let it cool and flip over. Then repeat step 4 on the back.

Get a bundle of embroidery floss and cut off one strand from it.

Take the other strand and tie it around the top part of the folded embroidery floss - approximately 1 cm away from the top fold.
Put the remaining thread through the top of the tassel.
Cut and trim the bottom of the tassel with scissors.
Stick the end of the thread on the top of the skewer with hot glue. Then wrap the rest of it around the skewer several times.
