In May, the story from PinS is styling tips and food for your backyard(or front yard), rooftop, or even indoor picnics. It would be a perfect day having a peaceful Stay-at-Home Picnic when the sun is warm these days, even if the breeze is still quite chilly. (We had ours on the rooftop of our office.:D)

Items We Had
Wooden Crates: You can find them at any home improvement store or on Amazon.
Ivory Throw Blanket: The one we had is from Ikea → Find it.
Mexican Blanket: Search 'Mexican Blanket' or 'Mexican Yoga Blanket' on any search engine.

1. Get one blanket with vibrant patterns and one with a solid color.
Layer with a multicolored patterned blanket and a simple plain blanket. You can have a delightful picnic without having to buy a new picnic mat.
We had a colorful Mexican blanket that goes well with tacos and beers layered with a solid-colored blanket. It doesn't have to be a Mexican blanket. You can have any style of throw blanket that you might use for camping or outdoor activities, such as bohemian style or ethnic style.

2. Use a wooden crate as your picnic table.
You can put food on a blanket. But if you want to be a bit more stylish and comfortable, have wooden crates for a small picnic table. You can also use these crates to move blankets, food, drinks, and other things putting in it while you are setting up your picnic.
If you don't have crates, a small folding table or bed tray will do the job great.

1. Tacos & Beers
Try simple Mexican food such as tacos with Mexican beers for your home picnic!
Don't forget light Mexican beers along with tacos, nacho & cheese, lemon & lime. It will be so refreshing.
🌮 How to Enjoy 🍺
1. Add slices of lemon & lime to your beer.
Adding lemon or lime to light beer, such as 'Corona Extra' gives the fresh citrus flavor to the beer and makes the taste refreshing.
2. Squeeze lemon or lime juice on your taco.
Before you try the taco, squeeze lemon and lime juice on top of the tacos!
As the fragrance of each ingredient comes alive, you can feel the great combination of all the flavors of tacos.
3. Sprinkle nacho crumbs in your tacos.
If you like crunch textures, crumble some nachos and put them in the tacos.
Even if your tacos are made with soft tortillas, which are easy to eat holding with one hand, you taste the fun crunchy texture with the nacho crumbs in it!

There may be likes and dislikes of their tacos with a bunch of cilantro.
But once you try it, you'll find it again in no time because it is so addictive.
We recommend spicy chorizo tacos!

Don't you want to make your fresh guacamole?
Via Merengue is famous for its fresh guacamole that you grind directly in the mortar.
